ESKRIMA, ALSO KNOWN AS KALI OR ARNIS, IS A WEAPONS-FOCUSED MARTIAL ART THAT ALSO INCORPORATES ELEMENTS OF CLOSE-RANGE STRIKING, KICKING, AND GRAPPLING.

Get in touch to book your first free lesson. Come along, see if we’re the right fit for you — and if you like us as much as we like you. Once you’re happy to continue, training is £40 per month.

There is an annual insurance Charge But that is vary reasonable and would have to be in
place regardless of Martial art practised.

Our mission is to share the art of Eskrima in a way that Strengthens both the body and character.
Although we do train with weapons such as stick and knife, our true focus is on preparedness, wellbeing and personal growth. Our methods are cooperative and competitive. We aim to build a community where Friendship, support and encouragement shape our training.

We nurture an environment where people are safe to learn, confident to grow and inspired
to challenge themselves. Through disciplined practise and a spirit of friendship, we train
hard to live well.
